Syrup Pudding: Syrup Sauce (30%) (Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Maize Starch), Sugar, Fortified Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (MILK) (15%), Free Range EGG, Humectant (Glycerine), Raising Agents (Calcium Phosphates, Potassium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
Vanilla Flavour Custard: Whole MILK (50%), Water, Double Cream (MILK) (8%), Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Natural Flavouring.

Cooking Instructions
For best results please microwave.
Microwave:
Remove sleeve, pierce film twice and place in microwave.
The following is a guide only.
850W microwaves: Full power for 30 seconds.
1000W microwaves: Full power for 30 seconds.
After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then remove film and serve. CAUTION: hot steam may escape.
DO NOT REHEAT.
Make sure food is hot throughout and serve.

Cut corner of the pouch and place in the microwave.

Full power for 40 seconds
1000W microwaves:
Full power for 30 seconds
After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully tear the top of the pouch open (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) and serve. DO NOT REHEAT.
Hob:
Empty contents into a saucepan. Warm on a low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot.
Make sure food is hot throughout and serve.
If pack is leaking or damaged DO NOT USE.
Once opened consume immediately.
