Description
Pieces of British Pork are slow cooked in a rich cider and apple sauce with diced carrot and swede, seasoned with sage and thyme. Topped with a traditional beef suet and herb dumpling.
Serving Suggestion: Perfect served with our Parsley Box carrot and swede crush and butterey sliced greens and leeks, steamed and finished with a knob of butter.
Our Drinks Pairing: You may have guessed it but this dish is perfect alongside a cold refreshing cider, it enhances the notes within the sauce and cuts through the richness of the pork.

Cooking Instructions
For best results please microwave.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, pierce film several times and place in microwave.
The following is a guide only. 850W microwaves: Full power for 2 minute 20 seconds. 1000W microwaves: Full power for 2 minutes
After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully peel back the film (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) and serve. DO NOT REHEAT.
Oven: Remove sleeve and film. Remove the contents from the tray and place in an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Place in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 5 minutes.
ELECTRIC 190°C - FAN 170°C - GAS MARK 5
Make sure food is hot throughout and serve.
