Classic Turkey Dinner
British sliced turkey with baby potatoes, carrots, parsnips, and a sage and onion stuffing ball in a vegetable gravy.
Description
British sliced turkey with baby potatoes, carrots, parsnips, and a sage and onion stuffing ball in a vegetable gravy.
Serving Suggestion:
Add some additional vegetables — steamed tender stem broccoli would be delicious and a dollop of cranberry sauce!
Our Drinks Pairing:
Turkey is a white meat and has a low fat content, which is why it can dry out if not cooked carefully. So, your wine matches should ideally be either a full-bodied white wine or a medium-bodied red, with low or medium tannin and relatively high acidity.
