Chilli Con Carne
British minced and diced beef in a mildly spiced kidney bean, red pepper and tomato sauce. (225g)
Description
A warming classic dish. British minced and diced beef slow cooked until tender with onions and chopped tomatoes, seasoned with cumin, coriander and smoked paprika and finished with kidney beans and red pepper.
Our Serving Suggestion Perfect served with our Parsley Box long grain rice, topped with a dollop of sour cream and fresh coriander.
To make this dish even more delicious, finish with slices of avocado and red onion tossed in lime juice, fresh red chilli and crunchy tortilla chips, perfect for dipping.
Our Drinks Pairing Beer is a great option, it can take on the spices and any extra ingredients you may add on top! If you prefer wine, we would recommend a medium to full-bodied Malbec or Shiraz, it can handle the traditional spices!
