Tender British chicken thighs are cooked with earthy British mushrooms and sweetcorn in a creamy sauce made with British double cream and Italian Chardonnay wine. Seasoned with thyme, sage, and garlic, this dish is served with a mix of long grain and red rice, packed with wholegrains.
Please note, we've recently changed the name from Chicken Friccasse to Chicken and Mushroom Rice. As we transition, you may still see packaging with the old name, but rest assured, it's the same recipe you know and love.

Remove sleeve, pierce film several times and place in microwave.

850W microwaves: Full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds
1000W microwaves: Full power for 2 minutes
After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully peel back the film (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) and serve.
DO NOT REHEAT.
Hob:
Remove sleeve and film from the product.
Empty contents into a saucepan.
Warm on a low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot.
Make sure food is hot throughout and serve.
