Sandwich Carers

Sandwich Carers are individuals who balance the demands of caring for aging parents or elderly relatives with life-limiting illnesses and/or disabilities while also raising dependent children.

This group is growing due to increased life expectancy and people having children later in life, leading to greater challenges in managing both responsibilities. Many of our customers at Parsley Box rely on the support of a carer, and we found these statistics from Hospice UK particularly relevant in today's climate.
